STMP coordinates development impact fees to support regional circulation and transit improvements in West County. Local jurisdictions collect fees and forward them to WCCTC.
For participating jurisdictions
Use the official quarterly reporting form and administrative guidelines. Reporting is required even when no fees were collected in the period.
Program update
WCCTC is developing the next STMP update, including its nexus study, guidelines, project list, and fees. The official page anticipates completion in the second half of 2027.
