WCCTC is one of Contra Costa County’s four Regional Transportation Planning Committees. It brings cities, the county, and transit agencies together around transportation plans, programs, and investments.

Formed as the West Contra Costa Transportation Advisory Committee in 1988, the agency became the West Contra Costa Transportation Commission in 2024.
